Join our experts Lois and Julia who will lead you through a programme of movement, mindfulness and restorative thinking. Recognised for the ability to reduce stress, lessen anxiety, and minimise negative emotions, the skills and techniques taught here will also sharpen your concentration and enable you to remain calmer under pressure.
